Customers are valid to return items at least 14 days from day of delivery 

Any exchanges will be done by exception and only if the supplier agrees. Conditions will be in line with our Cancellations policy below.

Please note that items returned may be liable to a "restocking fee" of 15% -20%.

To complete your return, please contact us in the first instance at info@mayson.co.uk and we will inform the next steps. If an item is damaged on delivery this must happen within 24 hours.


Returns Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Products with obvious signs of use 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

- If a return is agreed upon then you should sent an email to info@mayson.co.uk for return address.There are several warehouses and we we need to make sure we ask you to send it to the correct one,so please email us first .

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a return refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Damages

Any damages that occur on delivery must be reported within 24 hours. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@mayson.co.uk and we will process a claim on your behalf.



Refunds (if applicable) 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email us at mayson.co.uk the Refund Address for goods to be sent back to as there are a few warehouses and we need to make sure you are sending products back to the correct one.

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 7 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Regular and Sale priced items may be refunded .

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. 

 

Cancellations

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a £25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
